Addie Dycus

Hastings resident, Addie Marie Dycus, 11, of 1938 West 'D' Street, died Friday, July 8, 2005 at her home.

Rosary will be Monday, July 11, 2005; 7:00 P.M. at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, July 12, 2005; 10:30 A.M. at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church with Father Larry Gyhra and Father James Meysenburg officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, both in Hastings, Nebraska.

Addie was born October 6, 1993 in Hastings, Nebraska to Timothy A. & Cynthia J. (Milligan) Dycus. She was a 5th grade student at St. Michael's Catholic School. She enjoyed basketball, softball, soccer, dance, bowling, hunting, fishing, country music astronomy, painting, pottery, reading and making bead bracelets and necklaces. She was a avid fan of NASCAR, with Dale Earnhardt Jr, being her favorite. She was a member of St. Cecilia's Catholic Church, St. Michael's Children's Choir and Girl Scouts and a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church in Doniphan.

Addie was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Art Dycus & Doyle Milligan.
