Allen Weber

Hastings resident, Allen S. Weber, 73, passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2017, at Grand Island VA Medical Center, Grand Island, Nebraska.

Memorial Service will be Thursday, December 14, 2017; 10:30 A.M. at Butler Volland Chapel, Hastings with Father Sid Bruggeman officiating. Allen's family request those attending his memorial service to dress casually. Private family burial will be held at a later date. Memorials may be given to the family. There will be no viewing or visitation.

Allen was born September 2, 1944, in Hastings, Nebraska to Floyd & Hannah (Janssen) Weber. After Allen graduated from high school he served in the U.S. Army from July 19, 1965 to April 30, 1967. He married Viann Kloepper on August 12, 1986. Allen worked at Metz Bakery for 30 years.

Allen was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Leon Weber; and father-in-law, Harlan Kloepper.
