Andrew Thomas Smith, son of Joel & Danielle (Voboril) Smith of Juniata, Nebraska died Wednesday, September 12, 2001 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital, where he was born Wednesday, September 12, 2001.

Graveside service and burial will be Monday, September 17, 2001; 11:00 A.M. at Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska with Rev. Richard A. Kothe officiating.

Andrew Smith was preceded in death by Grandmother, Kathleen Smith, Great Grandfather, Dale Kottwitz.
