Anna Gitt

Anna H. Hollingshead Gitt, 102, of Perkins Pavilion, died Sunday, August 24, 2003 at Perkins Pavilion.

Services will be Wednesday, August 27, 2003; 10;30 A.M. at All Saints Chapel Good Samaritan Village with Rev. Art Schakat officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.

Anna H. Hollingshead Gitt was born January 23, 1901 in Hildreth, Nebraska, to Henry & Anna (Wolken) Jurgens. She married Herman Hollingshead on October 24, 1923 in Hildreth, Nebraska and he preceded her in death in December of 1966. They moved to Hastings, Nebraska in the early 1950's from Hildreth, Nebraska. She was a homemaker and a member of First Christian Church. On June 3, 1970, she married James Gitt and he preceded her in death in 1984.

Anna H. Hollingshead Gitt was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Herman Hollingshead and James Gitt, 1 son, Lavern Hollingshead, 1 great grandson, 1 sister and 5 brothers.
