Arnold Mahloch

January 16, 1918 — October 15, 1949

Arnold H. Mahloch, 85, of 625 Lane H, died Monday, February 3, 2003 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital.

Services will be Wednesday, February 5, 2003; 10:00 A.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Rev. Frank Kerkemeyer officiating. Burial with military rites will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.

Arnold H Mahloch was born January 16, 1918 in Beatrice, Nebraska to Frederick & Frances K. (Darnauer) Mahloch. He attended Dewitt Public School, Dewitt, Nebraska. He served in the United States Army, 3rd Division, during WWII from October 30, 1940 until July 28, 1945. On October 15, 1949, he married Madeline Heinrich and she preceded him in death on February 21, 1959. He worked at the Naval Ammunition Depot near Hastings, Nebraska until moving to Concord, California to work for the United States Government in 1965. He married Margaret Spooner in 1965 and she preceded him in death in 1997. He returned to Hastings, Nebraska in 1993. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and V.F.W.

Arnold H. Mahloch was preceded in death by his parents; 1st wife Madeline & 2nd wife Margaret, 2 brothers and a sister.

Carol Northrup - Storm Lake, IA

Memorial may be given to the family

VISITATION: Tue. 2-4-03; 1pm-9pm
Wed. 2-5-03; 9am until service time
