Bauny Milam

Kenesaw resident, Bauny J. Milam, 55, passed away Monday, September 28, 2015 at her home, after a courageous 13 year battle with cancer.

Services will be Saturday, October 3, 2015; 11:00 A.M. at Butler Volland Chapel, Hastings with Pastor Joel Remmers officiating. Burial will be in Kenesaw Cemetery, Kenesaw. Memorials may be given to the family. Visitation will be Friday, October 2, 2015; 1:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. with family present 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M., and one hour prior to service at the funeral home.

Bauny was born June 21, 1960 in Hastings, Nebraska to Orville C. & Donna L. (Ubben) Johnson. She earned her LPN from Central Community College in Kearney. Bauny married Rick G. Milam on August 23, 1980 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Kenesaw. She was a home health nurse, caring for disabled children and was employed by Craig Home Care for 15 years.

Bauny was preceded in death by her mother, Donna Johnson; infant brother, Ryan Johnson; and one sister, Tammy Verbeck.
