Beverly Wagner

Former Roseland resident, Beverly Anne Wagner, 77, died at home on Wednesday, August 8, 2012.

Services will be Saturday, August 11, 2012; 2:00 P.M. at Grace United Methodist Church, Holstein, Nebraska with Pastor Stuart A. Davis officiating. Burial will be in Roseland Cemetery, Roseland. Visitation will be Friday, August 10, 2012; 5:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. with family present from 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home in Hastings, and one hour prior to the service at the church.

Beverly was born June 29, 1935 in Campbell, Nebraska to Reynold & Lorene (James) Betz. Beverly married Elet Wagner on March 19, 1955 at the Methodist Church in Roseland. Elet preceded her in death on June 4, 2009. One of her favorite pastimes was knitting a variety of items such as hats and scarves for local organizations. She worked as a clerk for the Post Office, and was an active member of the Grace United Methodist Church in Holstein.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Elet Wagner; and brother, Robert Lee Betz.
