Brenda Reed

Red Cloud resident, Brenda Leigh Reed, 59, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at CHI-Good Samaritan Hospital, Kearney, Nebraska.

Memorial Services will be Saturday, July 16, 2016; 3:00 P.M. at Faith Lutheran Church, Hastings with Pastor Josh Davis officiating. Private family burial will be held at a later date. Memorials may be given to the family. There will be no viewing or visitation.

Brenda was born February 2, 1957 in Hastings, Nebraska to Dwain & Jody (Dedrick) Fielder. She graduated from Harvard High School and attended college at Central Community College in Hastings. Brenda married Harry Reed on July 3, 1995; he preceded her in death on January 3, 2003.

She was employed as a stocker at Wal-Mart in Hastings. Brenda was full of life, and loved camping and fishing. She enjoyed spending time with family, especially her grandkids.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Harry Reed.
