Bryan Wolz

Hastings resident, Bryan K. Wolz, 42, passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at his home.

Memorial Services will be Saturday, October 13, 2012; 2:00 P.M. at Butler Volland Chapel, Hastings with Pastor Dale Phillips officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska. There will be no visitation; book signing will be Friday, October 12, 2012; 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. and one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to Bryan K. Wolz Memorial Fund for a memorial to be established at a later date.

Bryan was born April 7, 1970 in Hastings, Nebraska to Virgil & Virginia (Swedlund) Wolz. He graduated from Adams Central High School in 1988 and attended Kearney State College and University of Nebraska Lincoln. Bryan was the manager of the Olive Saloon in Hastings. He enjoyed playing X-Box, cards, hunting, and fishing.

Bryan was preceded in death by his father, Virgil Wolz; grandparents, Tilford & Ophelia Swedlund and Jim & Mae Wolz.
