Canute A. Boeding, 52, of 123 University, died Thursday, April 8, 2004 at Beverly Health Care, Grand Island, Nebraska.

Rosary will be Monday, April 12, 2004; 7:00 P.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel, Hastings, Nebraska. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, April 13, 2004; 10:00 A.M. at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church with Father Larry Gyhra officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.

Mr. Boeding was born May 31, 1951 in Omaha, Nebraska to Kenneth J. & Rosella M. (Weir) Boeding. He graduated from Aurora High School, Aurora, Nebraska and received his Bachelor degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting from University of Nebraska, Lincoln. He was a controller with a recycling center in Sioux City, Iowa. He attended St. Michael's Catholic Church and was a past 1st Degree Knight of Columbus in Grand Island, Nebraska.

Mr. Boeding was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Luke & David Boeding.
