Former Hastings resident, Caroline Wisker Caddell, 79, of Amarillo, Texas, died Thursday, July 3, 2003 at Baptist St. Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo, Texas.
Services will be Wednesday, July 9, 2003; 10:30 A.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Rev. Carl H. Rehwaldt officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.
Caroline Wisker Caddell was born September 20, 1923 in Hastings, Nebraska to Dick C. & Margaret K. (Fox) Cornelius. On March 3, 1941, she married Harold L. Wisker and he preceded her in death on April 10, 1995. She worked a First National Bank in Hastings, Nebraska as a teller. In 1973, they moved to Texas where she was a bookkeeper for Texas Panhandle Community Action in Amarillo. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, president of Beta Sigma Phi International and was active in Arts Unlimited all in Amarillo. On November 24, 2001, she married Joseph Caddell in Amarillo, Texas.
Caroline Wisker Caddell was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Harold Wisker, 1 son, Chuck Wisker and 3 sisters.
