Hastings resident, Clifford R. Rodocker, 78, of 721 So. 1st Ave. died Saturday, May 29, 2004 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital.
Memorial service will be Wednesday, June 2, 2004; 1:00 P.M. at All Saints Chapel, Good Samaritan Village with Pastor Neil Vik officiating. Private family interment at a later date.
Mr. Rodocker was born October 2, 1925 in Halsey, Nebraska to Glen Peter Percy & Hazel (Anderson) Rodocker. He served in the United States Army during WWII from April 9, 1945 to December 22, 1947. He married Peggy McCracken in Broken Bow, Nebraska on November 12, 1949. They lived in the sandhills at Halsey, Nebraska where he was a rancher, heavy equipment operator and was a self employed truck driver. They retired and moved to Hastings, Nebraska in 1996. He loved camping, fishing, golfing, playing cards and dancing.
Mr. Rodocker was preceded in death by his parents and two infant siblings
