Dale Thompson

Hastings resident, Dale Eugene Thompson, 77, of 602 N. 2nd Ave, passed away Saturday, December 25, 2004 at St. Elizabeth Regional Medical Center, Lincoln, Nebraska

Rosary will be Tuesday, December 28, 2004; 7:30 P.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, December 29, 2004; 10:30 A.M. at St. Michael's Catholic Church with Father Michael Houlihan officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, all in Hastings, Nebraska.

Mr. Thompson was born December 29, 1926 in Beardsley, South Dakota to Ellis & Lillas (Adkins) Thompson. He graduated from Parkston High School, Parkston, South Dakota. On February 10, 1947, he married Alice M. Roeder. They moved from Parkston to Hastings, Nebraska in 1958. He worked for T-L Irrigation for 46 years. He was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, Men's Club and the Knights of Columbus.

Mr. Thompson was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter-in-law, one brother and one sister.
