David Einspahr

Hastings resident, David "Dave" A. Einspahr, 44, died Saturday, July 12, 2014 at his home.

Services will be Thursday, July 17, 2014; 10:30 A.M. at Faith Lutheran Church, Hastings, with Pastor Paul Dunbar officiating. Graveside service will be at 1:00 P.M. in Wanda Cemetery, rural Juniata. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 16, 2014; 1:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home with family present from 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. Visitation will also be one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the church. Memorials may be given to the David A. Einspahr Memorial Fund.

Dave was born January 21, 1970 in Hastings, Nebraska to Lamoine E. & Emaline M. (Bott) Einspahr. He was baptized and confirmed at Faith Lutheran Church. Dave graduated from Hastings High School in 1988 and attended Hastings College. He married Linda L. Johnson on February 14, 2012. Dave worked at Valentino's, the family farm, Einspahr Irrigation, and most recently at Menards. He was a member of Hastings Skylarks and Academy of Model Aeronautics.

Dave was preceded in death by his grandparents, Victor & Edna Einspahr and Adam & Pauline Bott.
