Deryl Colburn

Deryl Dean Colburn, 60, of 604 1st St., Glenvil, Nebraska, died Thursday, December 27, 2001 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital.

Services will be Monday, December 31, 2001; 2:00 P.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Rev. Carl H. Rehwaldt officiating. Burial will be in Glenvil Cemetery, Glenvil, Nebraska.

Deryl Colburn was born March 24, 1941 in Ayr, Nebraska to Waynard Ernest & Ernestina Clara (Kuehn) Colburn. He was confirmed at Zion Lutheran Church, Hastings, Nebraska. He graduated from Glenvil High School, Glenvil, Nebraska. On April 29, 1962, he married Donita Ockinga at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Glenvil, Nebraska and she preceded him in death in 1981. He worked for Western Land Roller. He married Judy McCoy on June 9, 1990. He was a life long area resident and a member of Faith Lutheran Church.

Deryl Colburn was preceded in death by his mother, Ernestina, brother, Wayne, wife, Donita (Ockinga) Colburn and an infant daughter.
