Diana Dickerson

Hastings resident, Diana L. Dickerson, 65, passed away Saturday, April 29, 2017, at Bryan Health Medical Center East Campus, Lincoln, Nebraska.

Rosary will be Wednesday, May 3, 2017; 6:30 P.M. at Butler Volland Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, May 4, 2017; 10:00 A.M. at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church, Hastings with Father Joseph M. Walsh officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 2, 2017; 1:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 3, 2017; 9:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home, and one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be given to St. Cecilia High School for athletics or Start Over Rover.

Diana was born April 27, 1952, in Hastings, Nebraska to Earl & Patricia (Kimminau) Dickerson. She graduated from Hastings High School in 1970 and Central Community College in Hastings.

Diana worked as the ward secretary for the ICU and monitor technician for EKG's in the ICU and telemetry for Mary Lanning Healthcare and retired after 35 years. She was a member of St. Cecilia's Catholic Church, Altar Society, and BPO DOES #112. Diana loved her family, friends, animals, and was an avid Husker fan.

Diana was preceded in death by her parents.
