Hastings resident, Dianne Kay Nelson, 62, of Haven Home of Kenesaw, Kenesaw, Nebraska, died Thursday, August 17, 2006 at Haven Home.

Graveside service and burial will be Saturday, August 19, 2006; 10:00 A.M. in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska with Pastor Chris Johnson officiating. Visitation will be Friday, August 18, 2006; 1pm-5pm at Butler-Volland Funeral Home.

Ms. Nelson was born September 11, 1943 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Milton F. & Marjorie Y. (Lippincott) Nelson. She moved to Hastings, Nebraska with her family in 1944 and graduated from Hastings High School in 1961. She worked for J.M. McDonald Company and as a representative for the Women's International Bowling Company for 18 years, retiring due to her health. She was a past member of the Eastern Star and WIBC.

Ms. Nelson was preceded in death by her parents.
