Donna Brunswig

Hastings resident, Donna Elaine Brunswig, 83, passed away Monday, July 28, 2014 at her home.

Services will be Friday, August 1, 2014; 2:00 P.M. at Butler Volland Chapel, Hastings with Pastor Robert Smith officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings. Visitation will be Friday, August 1, 2014; 9:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to donor's choice.

Donna was born April 19, 1931 in Nuckolls County, Nebraska to Nels & Christence (Brown) Larsen. She was baptized in the Lutheran faith in June 1931 and confirmed at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Hastings, Nebraska on June 30, 1957. Donna married Ted Brunswig on June 15, 1958; he preceded her in death on April 15, 1986. She worked for Lincoln Telephone Company from 1948 until 1982.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ted Brunswig; and three brothers, Nels Larsen, Gunnar Larsen, and Jack Larsen.
