Donna Hartman

Donna Kay Hartman, of 1120 N. Showboat Blvd, died Wednesday, April 23, 2003 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital.

Services will be Saturday, April 26, 2003; 1:00 P.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Rev. Frank Kerkemeyer officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.

Donna Kay Hartman was born April 22, 1941 in Hastings, Nebraska to Harold & Nettie (Koch) Meyer. She grew up on the family farm northwest of Blue Hill, Nebraska. She enjoyed farming along side her dad. She attended county grade school and graduated from Blue Hill High School in 1958. On April 17, 1960, she married Richard Hartman. To this union was born, one daughter, Lori Ann, two sons, Timothy Wayne and Daniel Dean. She was Clerk of Court at the Adams County court House for 22 years, retiring in July of 2002. She was a loving wife and mother and a friend to everyone she met. She enjoyed spending as much time as possible with her grandsons, who were the apple of her eye. She was a member of First St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Hastings, Nebraska.

Donna Kay Hartman was preceded in death by her father, daughter, Lori Ann, step father and one step sister.
