Doris Williams

Hastings resident, Doris M. Williams, 96, died Saturday, October 16, 2010, at Perkins Pavilion, Good Samaritan Society - Hastings Village, Hastings, Nebraska.

Memorial service will be Wednesday, October 20, 2010; 2:00 P.M. at Butler Volland Chapel, Hastings. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery, Trumbull, Nebraska. Book signing will be Tuesday, October 19, 2010; 8 A.M - 5 P.M. at the funeral home and prior to the service on Wednesday. Memorials may be given to the family and a memorial will be established. Doris M. Williams was born June 30, 1914 to William W. & Beulah (Redding) Shultz at Doniphan, Nebraska. She was a graduate of Doniphan High School. She married Guy Williams on April 20, 1933 and he preceded her in death on November 15, 2001. Doris was a member of Hanover Presbyterian Church (Glenvil), LeRoy Cheerful Workers and D.A.R.

Doris M. Williams was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Guy Williams, grandson, Jon Hays and two brothers, Edgar Shultz and Leon Shultz.
