Dorothy Hepp

Hastings resident, Dorothy M. Hepp, 96, of Village Green, died Thursday, January 10, 2008 at Perkins Pavilion.

Services will be Tuesday, January 15, 2008; 2:00 P.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Rev. John H.G. Curtiss officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska. Visitation will be Sunday, January 13, 2008; 2P.M-9P.M., Monday, January 14, 2008; 9 A.M.-9 P.M. & Tuesday, January 15, 2008; 9 A.M. until service time. Memorials may be given to First Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. Hepp was born April 26, 1911 at Spring Ranch, Nebraska to John & Louise (Hamburger) Maul. She graduated from high school and worked for JCPenney Company for 25 years, retiring in 1971. She married Lester Jones on July 15, 1947 and he preceded her in death. She married Henry Hepp in 1977 he preceded her in death. She moved from Denver, Colorado to Hastings in 1978. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Pythian Sisters, Eagles and enjoyed playing bridge and pinochle.

Mrs. Hepp was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Lester and Henry; three sisters and five brothers.
