Hastings resident, Dorothy M. Streff, 68, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings, Nebraska.

Rosary will be Sunday, May 10, 2015; 7:00 P.M. and Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, May 11, 2015; 10:30 A.M. at St. Michael's Catholic Church with Father Michael Houlihan officiating. Burial will be Monday, May 11, 2015; 2:00 P.M. in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Dorothy M. Streff Memorial for a memorial to be established at a later date. Visitation will be Saturday, May 9, 2015; 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., Sunday, May 10, 2015; 1:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. at the funeral home, and one hour prior to rosary and mass at the church.

Dorothy was born August 17, 1946 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Edward & Tillie (Komp) Floren. She graduated from St. Anne's High School in 1964 and nursing school at St. Edward's Nursing School in 1967, Fort Smith, Arkansas. She married Stan Streff on June 8, 1968 at St. Bonafice Catholic Church in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She worked at Mary Lanning Healthcare for 45 years, most recently as the manager of Home Health & Hospice, and was a registered nurse. Dorothy was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, Altar Society, American Nurses Association, and Nebraska Nurses Association.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law, Rick Bruce.
