E. Virginia 'Kewpie' Harms, 81, of 206 E. Seventh St., Fairfield, Nebraska, died Wednesday, November 27, 2002 at her daughter's home in Bennet, Nebraska.
Services will be Saturday, November 30, 2002; 10:00 A.M. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Glenvil, Nebraska with Rev. Jack Eske officiating. Burial will be in Glenvil Cemetery, Glenvil, Nebraska.
E. Virginia 'Kewpie' Harms was born September 17, 1921 in Bennet, Nebraska to Frank B. & Marie (Canter) Onken. She graduated from Glenvil High School, Glenvil, Nebraska in 1939. On August 12, 1942, she married Warren Harms in the Frank Onken's home. They lived on a farm south of Fairfield, Nebraska for the first 13 years of their marriage and then resided in the communities of Crete, Glenvil, Minden and returned then to Fairfield. They also resided with their daughter, Aletha Cornish in Bennet, Nebraska in the later years. She was a homemaker and a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Glenvil, Nebraska, Gideon Bible Society, Adams-Clay County Camp and a member and officer of Ladies Aid Society, Bethany Lutheran Minden, Nebraska.
E. Virginia 'Kewpie' Harms was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother, 1 sister and a grandson.
