Hastings resident, Edith E. Kissinger, 81, of Perkins Pavilion, died Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital.
Services will be Saturday, February 25, 2006;11:00 A.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Pastor David Speicher officiating. Burial will be in Glenvil Cemetery, Glenvil, Nebraska.
Mrs. Kissinger was February 8, 1925 in Ord, Nebraska to David & Elsie (Adams) Cox. She graduated from North Loup High School, North Loup, Nebraska. On March 19, 1944, she married Ralph R. Kissinger and he preceded her in death in 1984. She was a cook at Sunnyside Home and Ruby's East Gate Café & Truck Stop. She was a member of Lakeside Community Church of the Nazarene and the Night Owls Extension Club.
Mrs. Kissinger was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ralph; one brother, one sister and a granddaughter.
