Edward Needham

Edward Eugene Needham, 85, of Blue Hill, Nebraska, died Saturday, November 12, 2005 at The Villa, Good Samaritan Village, Hastings, Nebraska.

Services will be Wednesday, November 16, 2006; 10:30 A.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Pastor John Green officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska

Mr. Needham was born December 11, 1919 near Norman, Nebraska, to Ray E. & Myrtle (Walgamont) Needham. He graduated from Norman Public School in 1937. He farmed and raised purebred cattle in Webster County, near Bladen, Nebraska until his retirement in 1992. After the death of his cousin, Ruth, he moved to Blue Hill and lived there until 2003, when he moved to The Villa, Good Samaritan Village, in Hastings, Nebraska. Edward loved to travel. He enjoyed seeing new country and meeting new people.

Mr. Needham was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Helen Frahm, two brothers, LaVern & Boyd Needham and a brother-in-law, Buster Frahm.
