Eldon McKimmey, Sr

Eldon L. 'Bud' McKimmey, Sr., 75, of Juniata, Nebraska, died Tuesday, February 4, 2003 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital.

Memorial services will be Saturday, February 8, 2003; 10:00 A.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel. Burial will be in Juniata Cemetery, Juniata, Nebraska.

Eldon L. 'Bud' McKimmey, Sr. was born August 26, 1927 in Loup County, Nebraska to Ralph W. & Edna L. (Parker) McKimmey As a teenager, he worked on a Nevada Ranch for two summers. He married Elaine K. Graham in Broken Bow, Nebraska on May 29, 1947. He moved from Custer County, Nebraska to Adams County, Nebraska in 1953 and was a truck driver for Consolidated Motor Freight for over 30 years, before his retirement. He was a member of Teamsters Local #554.

Eldon L. 'Bud' McKimmey, Sr. was preceded in death by his parents, 1 granddaughter, 2 great grandchildren, 6 brothers and 3 sisters.
