Elizabeth C. Wiseman

Juniata resident Elizabeth C. Wiseman, 79, passed away Thursday, December 28, at Sutton Community Home, Sutton, NE.    

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 3, at Juniata United Methodist Church in Juniata with Pastor Kathy Uldrich officiating. Burial will be at Juniata Cemetery in Juniata. Visitation will be 1-7 p.m. with family present 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, January 2, at the funeral home, and one hour before the service at the church. Memorials may be given to Juniata United Methodist Church. The service will be live-streamed on Livingston Butler Volland Funeral Home’s website. Elizabeth was born September 28, 1944 in Agra, KS to Shuford and Wanda (Norris) Camby. She graduated from Hastings Senior High School in 1962. Elizabeth and Colin eloped to Colorado and were married on August 2, 1963.

Elizabeth was a homemaker and secretary for Wiseman Construction. She was a member of Juniata United Methodist Church. Elizabeth enjoyed spending her time with the quilter group at Juniata United Methodist Church. She was good at ceramics, enjoyed quilting and sewing where she was a perfectionist, loved fishing, was a good cook, attended family activities, and was involved in her church circle.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents; in-laws, Thomas and Sarah Louise Wiseman; sisters-in-law, Diane Averill, Sandy Judy, Mary Wiseman, and Linda Wiseman; and brothers-in-law, Ron “Babe” Wiseman, Chuck Wiseman, Clifford Wiseman, and Steve Stewart.
