Erma Witt

Erma M. Witt, 85, of 405 Walnut, Doniphan, Nebraska, died Thursday, November 1, 2001 at her home.

Services will be Tuesday, November 6, 2001; 10:30 A.M. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Doniphan, Nebraska with Pastor Rod Armon officiating. A luncheon will follow the church service. Burial will be at 2:30 P.M. at Shickley Public Cemetery, Shickley, Nebraska.

Erma M. Witt was born August 27, 1916 in Ong, Nebraska to George & Alma (Goesch) Mueller. She graduated from Ong High School, Ong, Nebraska in 1934. On July 5, 1941, she married Gaylord B. Matzke and he preceded her in death on April 5, 1975. She worked in the office of J. M. McDonald Company and was a homemaker. She lived in Harvard, Nebraska from 1954 to 1980. On September 27, 1980, she married Charles R. 'Chuck' Witt in Doniphan, Nebraska. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Doniphan, Nebraska.

Erma M. Witt was preceded in death by her parents, 1st husband, Gaylord B. Matzke and 1 brother, Virgil Mueller.
