Erna Golgert

Erna Golgert, 76, of The Homestead, 1116 Sycamore, died Tuesday, October 22, 2002 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital.

Services will be Friday, October 25, 2002; 10:30 A.M. at First Presbyterian Church with Dr. Carl W. Utley officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.

Erna Golgert was born April 17, 1926 in Clay County, near Sutton, Nebraska to Alvin & Esther (Schwarz) Griess. She graduated from Sutton High School, Sutton, Nebraska. She moved to Loveland, Colorado and on May 6, 1945, she married Russel C. Golgert. He preceded her in death on August 3, 2000. They moved to Hastings, Nebraska in 1956 where they farmed. She was a homemaker and a member of First Presbyterian Church and Ladies Circle.

Erna Golgert was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Russel, 1 sister and 2 brothers.
