Estella Shriver

Estella A. Shriver, 59, of 3655 W. Oak Ridge Rd, Hastings, Nebraska, died Sunday, May 26, 2002 at Lexington, Nebraska.

Services will be Thursday, May 30, 2002; 10:00 A.M. at Church of Christ, 12th & Laird, Hastings, Nebraska with Ken Ellis, Jerry Kendall and Howard Kendall officiating. Burial will be in the Immanuel Lutheran Churchyard Cemetery, rural Hastings, Nebraska.

Estella A. Shriver was born April 19, 1943 in Jefferson, Iowa to William Lewis & Leota Fern (Heuton) Kendall. She graduated from Jefferson High School, Jefferson, Iowa on May 26, 1961 and attended York College, York, Nebraska. She moved from Grand Island, Nebraska to Hastings, Nebraska in 1972 and married Ted W. Shriver at First St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Hastings, Nebraska on January 6, 1973. She worked for Mode O' Day, was a bus driver for District 60 and Adams County Handi Bus, Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital Cafeteria and was a youth care specialist at the Hastings Regional Center, Hastings, Nebraska. She was a member of the Church of Christ church.

Estella A. Shriver was preceded in death by her father.
