Evelyn Berg

Evelyn May Berg, 75, of 1608 Crestmoor Dr., Hastings, Nebraska, died Sunday, October 12, 2003 at her home.

Services will be Thursday, October 16, 2003; 10:30 A.M. at Christ Lutheran Church, rural Juniata, Nebraska with Rev. Greg Volzke officiating. Burial will be in Concordia Cemetery, rural Juniata, Nebraska.

Evelyn May Berg was born December 7, 1927 in Juniata, Nebraska to Earl & Nellie (Gish) Gangwish. She graduated from Juniata High School in 1945 and married Glenn Berg on June 1, 1947 in Juniata, Nebraska. She was a homemaker and an active member for over 50 years of Christ Lutheran Church, Ladies Guild, LWML, Extension Club with offices held in each, charter member of MLMH Auxiliary, volunteer at the American Red Cross Bloodmobile and worked the election board and canvassing board for many years. She was a life long area resident.

Evelyn May Berg was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, one sister and one grandchild.
