Florence Hahn

Hastings resident, Florence Ann Hahn, 86, passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings, Nebraska.

Services will be Saturday, March 12, 2016; 10:30 A.M. at Butler Volland Chapel, Hastings with Pastor Dustin H. Bower officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings. Memorials may be given to First Christian Church. Visitation will be Friday, March 11, 2016; 1:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. with family present 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. and one hour prior to service at the funeral home.

Florence was born August 17, 1929 in Hastings, Nebraska to Ralph H. & Lydia (Nowka) Patterson. She graduated from Hastings High School in 1947. Florence married Harold Hahn on August 20, 1949; he preceded her in death on February 3, 2003. She worked at Woolworths and Hesteds , and was member of First Christian Church, past member of Hastings Christian Women's Club and Shrine Auxiliary. She was a great cook and enjoyed playing cards, spending time with her family, and going to movies.

Florence was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold Hahn; one son, Timothy Hahn; and sister, Mary Ferree.
