Floyd Wiseman

Juniata resident, Floyd Ronald "Babe" Wiseman, 64, passed away Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at Veterans Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska.

Services will be Saturday, September 3, 2016; 10:30 A.M. at Juniata United Methodist Church, Juniata, Nebraska with Rev. Dr. Lee R. Wigert officiating. Burial with military rites by Juniata American Legion will be in Juniata Cemetery, Juniata, Nebraska. Memorials may be given to Juniata American Legion Honor Guard. Visitation will be Friday, September 2, 2016; Noon - 8:00 P.M. with family present from 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home. As well as one hour prior to service at the church.

Babe was born November 1, 1951 in Hastings, Nebraska to Thomas & Sarah Louise (Thurman) Wiseman. Babe served in the U.S. Army from 1970 to 1973 in the 1st Cav. Engineer Division. He married Lori Lehman on August 3, 1974.

Babe has owned and operated R & L Construction since 1991. He was a member of Juniata United Methodist Church, American Legion, VFW, and the DAV all in Hastings. He was also a past member of the Juniata Lions Club.

Babe is preceded in death by his parents; infant brother, and sisters; Dianna Averill and Sandra Judy.
