Hastings resident, Fredrick "Carl" Adler, 97, of The Homestead, passed away Sunday, March 4, 2007 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital.
Services will be Thursday, March 8, 2007; 10:30 A.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Rev. Joel Remmers officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 7, 2007; 9am-9pm at the Funeral Home and Thursday, March 8, 2007; 9am until service time.
Mr. Adler was born January 14, 1910 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Henry H. & Alice (Meyer) Adler. On June 30, 1939, he married Catharine Peeples in Davenport, Iowa. He lived in Hastings until 1948 when he moved to California and was an employee of Kwik-Set Locks. They returned to Hastings in 1976 and she passed away in 1983. In 1987, he married Helen Moe and she preceded him in death in 1992. He lived at Good Samaritan Village before moving to The Homestead.
Mr. Adler was preceded in death by his parents, two wives and one brother, Reuben Adler.
