Genevieve Heeren

August 23, 1909 — November 16, 2004

Genevieve K. Heeren, 95, of Perkins Pavilion, died Tuesday, November 16, 2004 at Perkins Pavilion.

Services will be Saturday, November 20, 2004; 10:30 A.M. at the Second Presbyterian Church with Rev. William Denny officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.

Mrs. Heeren was born August 23, 1909 in Glenvil, Nebraska to Andrew & Katie (Meester) Stromer. She married Benjamin A. Heeren at the Hanover Presbyterian Church on February 25, 1930 and he preceded her in death on January 9, 1978. She was a homemaker and a member of Second Presbyterian Church, Rebekah Lodge #312 and was very active in the YWCA. She retired from the Hastings Regional Center. She was a life long resident of Adams County.

Mrs. Heeren was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Benjamin, grandson, Rusty Koehler, one brother, John Stromer and a sister, Johanna Stromer.

Memorial may be given to Second Presbyterian Church, YWCA or Rebekah Lodge #312

VISITATION: Fri. 11-19-04; 9am-9pm with family present 7pm-8:30pm
Sat. 11-20-04; 1 hr. prior at the church
