Gladys Greenfield

Hastings resident, Gladys Mae Greenfield, 94, Perkins Pavilion, died Sunday, January 23, 2005 at Perkins Pavilion.

Services will be Thursday, January 27, 2005; 11:30 A.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Rev. John H.G. Curtiss officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.

Mrs. Greenfield was born June 22, 1910 in Allen, Nebraska to Edward Alvin & Christene (McWilliams) Williams. She graduated from O'Neill High School and attended business college. She moved to Hastings, Nebraska in 1928 and married Orville R. Greenfield. He preceded her in death in July 1959. She was a secretary for the superintendents of Hastings Public Schools and also for the Hastings College Music Department. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, PEO, Eastern Star and Sertoma.

Mrs. Greenfield was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Orville; and a daughter, Suzanne Kirkendall

Memorial may be given to Hastings College Music Department or Good Samaritan Village
