Goldine Becker

Hastings resident, Goldine G. (Hall) Becker, 93, passed away Monday, September 23, 2013 at Mary Lanning HealthCare, Hastings, Nebraska.

Services will be Friday, September 27, 2013; 10:30 A.M. First Presbyterian Church, Hastings with Rev. Dr. William Nottage-Tacey officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska. Memorials may be given to Mary Lanning Healthcare Foundation - Patricia A. (Hall) Rosner Scholarship. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the church on Friday.

Goldine was born August 24, 1920 in Formoso, Kansas to Claude M. & Esther M. (Cossaart) Boyles. She graduated from Superior High School in 1938. Goldine married W. Lynn Hall on July 6, 1940; he preceded her in death on October 4, 1978. She married Paul G. Becker on November 3, 1979. Goldine worked at Bert's Rexall Drug Store and First Presbyterian Church and was also a homemaker. She was a 50 year member of the First Presbyterian Church. Goldine enjoyed camping, fishing, and dancing.

Goldine was preceded in death by her parents; husband, W. Lynn Hall; daughter, Patricia (Hall) Rosner; and four brothers.
