Grace Burge

December 22, 1937 — June 30, 2003

Hastings resident, Grace I. Burge, 65, of 1203 E. Park St. #1 died, Thursday, June 26, 2003 at Perkins Pavilion.

Services will be Monday, June 30, 2003; 12:00 Noon at First United Methodist Church, with Rev. Doug Griger officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Hastings, Nebraska.

Grace I. Burge was born December 22, 1937 in Cowles, Nebraska to Fred & Ruby (Potter) Kudrna. On January 17, 1954, she married Melvin D. Burge and he preceded her in death on March 29, 2000. She was a homemaker, a housekeeper at the Hastings Regional Center and a volunteer at Mary Lanning Auxiliary. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and a resident of Hastings, Nebraska for the past 44 years.

Grace I. Burge was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 1 brother, 1 sister and 3 grandchildren.

Sat. 6-28-03; 9am-9pm
Sun. 6-29-03; 1pm-9pm with family present from 7-9pm
Mon. 1 hr. prior to service at the church
