Hallie Juedeman

Hastings resident Hallie Wilhelmina (Mullin) Juedeman, 93, passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2018, at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings, NE.

Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 8, at Butler Volland Chapel in Hastings with Chaplain John Mueller officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery in Hastings. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Hastings Museum. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Thursday with the family present and one hour prior to service at the funeral home.

Hallie was born September 22, 1924, in Lexington, NE to David Calvin & Minnie Elizabeth (Hock) Mullin. She graduated from Lexington High School in 1944 and Mary Lanning School of Nursing in 1948. Hallie married Clarence Henry “Jude” Juedeman on October 31, 1947, in Smith Center, KS.

Hallie was a homemaker and at times worked at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital, Hastings Regional Center, and did some home nursing. She was a Girl Scout leader, Sunday school teacher, and past President of the 1346 ^th V.F.W. Auxiliary. Hallie was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Adams County Genealogical Society, Adams County Historical Society, and Mary Lanning Nurses Association.

Hallie was preceded in death by her parents; son, Roger; six sisters, Kathleen Titus, Ruby Titus, Mildred Mazanec, Dorothy Weseman, Anna Marie Brindle, and Betty Naffziger; three brothers, Ernest, Glen, and Gerald.
