Hilda L'Heureux

Hilda A. L'Heureux, 93, of Haven Home of Kenesaw, died Friday, March 2, 2001 at Haven Home, Kenesaw, Nebraska.

Services will be Monday, March 5, 2001; 2:00 P.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Rev. Barry Rempp officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.

Hilda A. L'Heureux was born July 13, 1907 in Hamburg, Germany to Louis & Louise (Steffens) Schmidt. In 1928, she married Moise L'Heureux in Franklin County, Nebraska. He preceded her in death in 1982. While living in Hastings, Nebraska, she worked for Kresge's Department Store for 20 years, retiring in 1970. She lived in Brownsville, Texas for 22 years, returning to Hastings, Nebraska in 1992. She was a member of First Congregational United Church of Christ.

Hilda A. L'Heureux was preceded in death by her parents, husband; Moise, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
