Isola Mae Bierman Shriver Eaglin

Hastings resident, Isola Mae Bierman Shriver Eaglin, 92, of The Homestead, died Friday, January 27, 2006 at her home.

Services will be Saturday, February 4, 2006; 10:30 A.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Rev. David Speicher & Rev. Harold D. Stromer officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.

Mrs. Eaglin was born April 12, 1913 east of Hastings, Nebraska to Albert & Emma (Koberstein) Bierman. She graduated from High School and on May 14, 1933, she married Donald Shriver and he preceded her in death in October of 1957. On December 5, 1960, she married Melvin Eaglin and he preceded her in death on November 8, 1980. She was a homemaker and also worked at various downtown shops. She was a member of Lakeside Community Church of the Nazarene and a past member of the Eagles. She was a volunteer at the YWCA and received the100 hour pin for volunteering at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.

Mrs. Eaglin was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Delores Donna Shriver; husbands, Donald Shriver and Melvin Eaglin; four grandchildren; one step daughter; and three brothers.
