Jacqueline Erickson

Hastings resident, Jacqueline "Babe" June Erickson, 86, passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at her home.

Memorial Services will be Friday, November 18, 2016; 10:30 A.M. at Butler Volland Chapel, Hastings with Chaplain John Mueller officiating. Private family burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Start Over Rover or Mary Lanning Hospice. There will be no viewing or visitation.

Jacqueline was born April 9, 1930 in Minden, Nebraska to Raymond Edward & Francis Veryl (McCombs) Hansen. She attended school in various towns in Nebraska and Kansas; graduating from Phillipsburg, Kansas in 1947. Jacqueline resided in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, California, Tennessee, and Canada before moving back to Nebraska in 1964. She married Milburn Erickson, Jr. in 1966 in Hastings, Nebraska.

Jacqueline was employed at Meadowbrook Country Club, Snelling & Snelling Employment Office, Dutton-Lainson Company and Big G Ace Hardware. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Hastings.

Jacqueline was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Keith L. Hansen.
