Nelson resident James R. “Pete” Weber, 75, passed away Monday, May 20, 2019, at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings, NE.
There will be no services, Pete was cremated. There will be no viewing or visitation.
Pete was born December 4, 1943, in Saint Ignatius, MT to Jerl Charles & Ara (Green) Weber. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1963 to 1966. Pete married Arleen Teeter on November 27, 1976, in Dillon, MT. He worked on the railroad as a tie bundler. Pete was a member of the American Legion. He enjoyed working, traveling, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Pete was preceded in death by his parents; son, Jerl Pete Weber; granddaughter, Harli Weber; great-grandchild, Skyler Quarring; brothers, Charles Weber and Jerl Weber; and sisters, Hazel Trussler, Katie Seiller, and Linda Taylor.
