Hastings resident, Jana Keogh, 82, of 837 South Lincoln, died Thursday, July 10, 2008 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital.
Services will be Tuesday, July 15, 2008; 10:30 A.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Father Christopher Goodwin officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska. Visitation will be Monday, July 14, 2008; Noon -9:00 P.M. & Tuesday, July 15, 2008; 9:00 A.M. until service time. Memorials may be given to Mary Lanning Hospice.
Mrs. Keogh was born August 23, 1925 in Huntley, Nebraska to James & Marion (Merryman) Garrison. She graduated from Huntley High School and attended Kearney State College. She moved to Hastings and worked at the Naval Ammunition Depot. On July 13, 1946, she married Jack Keogh. She was a homemaker and also worked at Mode O Day and Julie's Workbasket. She was a member of Embroiders Guild and taught ceramics at the Hastings Museum. She loved fishing and camping with family.
Mrs. Keogh was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
