Jane Davis

Hastings resident, Jane Ann Davis, 43, of 727 Washington Avenue, died Tuesday, September 13, 2005 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital.

Memorial services will be Friday, September 16, 2005; 11:00 A.M. at First St. Paul's Lutheran Church with Pastor Frank Kerkemeyer officiating. Private family burial will be in Blue Valley Cemetery, Ayr, Nebraska.

Mrs. Davis was born January 16, 1962 in Omaha, Nebraska to Dean R. & Naomi J. (Fuerstenau) Erickson. She was raised in Grand Island and graduated from Grand Island Senior High School in 1980. She attended Hastings College and married Michael 'Mike' Davis on July 9, 1983 at Messiah Lutheran Church, Grand Island, Nebraska. She was a dispatcher for the Hastings 911 Center. Currently, she owned and operated The Sewing Loft and was a member of First St. Paul's Lutheran Church.

Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her father, Dean Erickson.

Memorial may be given to First St. Paul's Lutheran Church or Family's Choice

Fri. 9-16-05; 1 hr. prior to service at the church
