Jean Ross

Hastings resident, Jean L. Ross, 69, of 1621 W. 14th Street, died Saturday, June 14, 2003 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital.

Rosary will be Tuesday, June 17, 2003; 7:30 P.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, June 18, 2003 at St. Michael's Catholic Church with Father Michael Houlihan officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.

Jean L. Ross was born September 30, 1933 in Hansen, Nebraska to Joseph Leo & Mary May (North) Pigeon. She graduated from St. Cecilia's Catholic High School and attended Marymount College in Salina, Kansas. On August 20, 1955, she married Ronald Ross. She was a bank teller at City National Bank for many years. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, Altar Society and Catholic Daughters. She was life long area resident.

Jean L. Ross was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Julie Beth Ross.
