June 22, 1978 — January 10, 2002

Jeremy Joe Sorensen, 23, of Minden, Nebraska, died Thursday, January 10, 2002 at the Boisen Farms Shop, southwest of Minden, Nebraska as a result of a farm machine accident.

Rosary will be Monday, January 14, 2002; 7:00 P.M. Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Roseland, Nebraska. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, January, 15, 2002; 10:00 A.M. at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church, Hastings, Nebraska with Father Thomas Au officiating. Burial will be in the Holstein Cemetery, Holstein, Nebraska.

Jeremy Joe Sorensen was born June 22, 1978 in Hastings, Nebraska to Randy & Becky (Soucie) Sorensen. He lived in Bladen, Nebraska and attended grade school there. He graduated from Silver Lake High School, Roseland, Nebraska in 1996.During high school, he was active in football, basketball, golf, FBLA, band and was a member of 4-B 4-H Club of Bladen, Nebraska. He graduated from Southeast Community College, Beatrice, Nebraska in1999 with a degree in Ag-Business. He was a member of the Southeast Community College Ag Club. He was a member of St. John's Catholic Church, Minden, Nebraska and 3rd Degree Knights of Columbus, Sacred Heart/Assumption Council #10155 and Plains Irrigation Basketball Team. On September 8, 2001, he married Corey A. Wratten at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Roseland, Nebraska and they moved to Minden, Nebraska. He worked for Boisen Farms, Minden, Nebraska.

Jeremy Joe Sorensen was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
