Joan Stroh

March 11, 1931 — July 14, 2001

Joan L. Stroh, 70, of 1280 South Juniata Avenue, Juniata, Nebraska, died Saturday, June 14, 2001, at Grandview Manor in Campbell, Nebraska.

Services will be Tuesday, July 17, 2001, 10:00 A.M. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Hastings, Nebraska, with Les and Bonnie Larsen, Ministers, officiating. Burial will be at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.

Joan L. Stroh was born March 11, 1931, south of Juniata, Nebraska to Arthur & Ella (Bunde) Grothen. She graduated from Juniata High School, Juniata, Nebraska, in 1949. She married Alvin Stroh on June 4, 1960, at Immanuel Lutheran Church. She was an active member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and served as an organist, Sunday School teacher and choir director. She also was an organist at Calvary Lutheran Church in Rosemont, Nebraska.

Joan L. Stroh was preceded in death by her parents, husband and infant sister.

Memorial maybe given to Immanuel Lutheran Church

Butler-Volland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

VISITATIONS:
