Hastings resident Joshua Alan Lintz, 14, passed away Friday, April 20, 2018, at his home.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 27, at Butler Volland Chapel in Hastings with Pastor Joel Remmers officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Hastings. Memorials may be given to the family. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
Joshua was born January 12, 2004, in Hastings, NE to Kristin Johnson and Nick Lintz. Joshua brightened every room he walked into. He made sure everyone was on their feet, there were no dull moments with him. He looked up to his older brother, Tyré Sorgen. Joshua’s older sister, Tori Lintz was his best friend. Joshua enjoyed skateboarding, music, and destroying things and then fixing them. Joshua loved to make people smile.
Joshua was welcomed into heaven by his grandmother, Lori Gundersen, and uncle, Joshua L. Lintz.
