Joyce Elliott

Hastings resident, Joyce A. Elliott, 61, of 812 Madden Road, died Thursday, November 10, 2005 at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital.

Services will be Saturday, November 12, 2005; 10:30 A.M. at Butler-Volland Chapel with Rev. Jim Miller officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Nebraska.

Mrs. Elliott was born December 29, 1943 in Hastings, Nebraska to Eno & Lila (Petersen) Christensen. She was raised in Holstein, Nebraska and graduated from Holstein High School. She moved to Hastings and on December 11, 1965, she married Mike Elliott at Grace United Methodist Church, Hastings, Nebraska. She worked at Kerr Chevrolet, Hastings Family Practice as a receptionist and at Morton School as a school aide.

Mrs. Elliott was preceded in death by her parents, husband Mike and a sister, Janice Favinger.
